IFS Workshop
IFS Workshop
We all grapple with competing thoughts, impulses, and emotions—different parts of ourselves that can feel at odds. These parts might include the anxious one, the inner critic, the social butterfly, the wounded child, the artist, the overthinker, or the rebel. Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy helps us recognize and work with these parts while addressing the fears and traumatic memories that often underlie inner conflict and distress. By connecting with our true Self, we can move beyond extremes, foster inner harmony, and approach life with greater authenticity, balance, and presence. This offering will be led by Dr. Rob Palmer, a Yale psychiatry resident, and will consist of an introduction to the core concepts of IFS as well as a guided meditation to help you do this work on your own.
Please note, this offering requires at least 6 participants, you will be refunded if we do not reach the required enrollment to run the course.
