All Telehealth appointments must put a credit card on file for processing and visits will be charged in full on the day of service. 

New Patients: A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to hold your new patient appointment. Your deposit will be applied to the cost of your initial visit at the time of check out. If your appointment is cancelled prior to 5 business days, your non-refundable deposit can be applied to a new appointment, provided it is rescheduled within 3 months of the original appointment date. No shows or same day cancellations will have to place a new deposit to reschedule a new patient appointment.
