💠💠💠Exposure and adaption to stress is a part of everyday life- when we trigger stress through cold water immersion therapies, we can train and enhance our ability to deal with it as the day chooses- traffic, new boss, being coughed on by a stranger, hormones, recovering from a rolled ankle, moving, holiday woes etc.

🌲🌲🌲Kneipping, or using natural water sources like streams, ponds and even the fresh morning dew to stimulate these responses is a personal favorite of Dr C. Here she dipped her hands and bare feet in a brisk mountain stream by monks pond, surrounded by the years first snow [and charged some stones she uses for grounding and heart strength] @kripalucenter a few weekends ago. 🌲🌲🌲

And for those not ready to brave the elements, we offer other means of element based stress immersion therapy or hydro therapies- like IR sauna, Constitution hydrotherapy and envelope wet sheet packs- all within our cozy, warm, welcoming, greenery filled office too.
